Such a romantic summer wedding! Everything about this day was so dreamy, from the stunning venue, to the thoughtful details, to the amazing dinner spreads (think multiple stations serving sushi, roast beef & pastrami, three kinds of mashed potatoes, salads, tacos, and desserts of every kind), and wonderful cultural traditions tied in.

September has been quite the busy month for weddings and this was just the perfect one to kick it all off!

This summer seriously has been packed with the prettiest weddings! Rebecca and Sam were married at Calamigos Equestrian – an intimate & rustic venue perfect for their blush-hued affair. I’m head over heels for Rebecca’s dress, as well as that dreamy array of bridesmaid dresses! Rebecca and Sam are seriously one of the sweetest couples ever, which made for the a most laidback & fun-filled wedding. It of course helped that Mele Amore was on hand to plan & coordinate the day – Michelle and her team are so amazing!

What makes for a day this perfect? How about a so-in-love couple, who has been together for an amazing 17 years? How about a lovely little ranch house adorned with the sweetest handcrafted vintage details? How about personal touches galore – Erin’s bouquet wrapped in the sleeve from her mother’s wedding dress, guests sipping on beer brewed by the groom and his friends, the ceremony officiated by a reverend who has known the family for 3 generations, a dessert bar made with contributions solely baked by family and friends. This wedding was the perfect picture of relaxed elegance and thoughtful details, but also so much FUN!! I loved how Erin and her dad danced down the aisle, followed by a high five with Brandon as he handed off the beautiful bride. The entire day was filled with feelings of warmth & love, and I can’t express how honored I was to be there to document it!
