It’s an exciting day! So happy to share that Stacy & Brian’s gorgeous wedding was featured in Ceremony Magazine! Ceremony releases an issue but once a year, so it’s a true honor to be included among the pretty pages of the 2013 issue!

So many sweet touches filled this day and so many wonderful vendors were involved – stay tuned for I will be sharing more loveliness soon!

{ liv + greg | LA river center wedding }

Monday, May 28th, 2012

How dreamy is this wedding? Especially since so much of it was lovingly DIY-ed by Liv and Greg! Please brace yourself for this impressive DIY list – with a little help from family and friends, they assembled the bouquets, arranged the gorgeous centerpieces, baked + iced + decorated the cake (which was carrot, and banana, and DELICIOUS!) – Liv even hand-dyed some of the bridesmaids’ dresses to match the soft pink palette.

All the personal touches lent themselves perfectly to this kind of wedding – the kind filled with a relaxed, cozy kind of love, the kind celebrating two people who are amazing as individuals, but even better together. The day ended with lots of dancing, a crackling fire, and the making of s’mores. Perfection.

{ Sharon + Roger | Seven Degrees Wedding }

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

I first met with Sharon & Roger over Pinkberry (mine with strawberries + tons of mochi!), introduced by my friend & amazing coordinator Uyen. As in all initial meetings, I’m always looking for that “click” that makes for an awesome photographer-client relationship, and Sharon & Roger knocked me off my feet! They were so fun-loving, silly, laidback & sweet, so it was no wonder that when their wedding day called for rain, they remained completely happy & calm. Seven Degrees has an unmatched artsy & modern vibe both inside and out, so we were still able to get some stunning indoor portraits, and the tent set-up, even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan, was breathtaking! The pastel lanterns made my heart skip a beat!

A fun midday moment was when one of the groomsmen asked how we met Sharon & Roger. When we explained that we were introduced by Uyen, he said he had thought we were all friends from way before :) That completely warmed my heart as it means the world to me when clients become friends!

Enjoy this peek into their beautiful wedding day, starting with Sharon’s three swoonworthy dresses…
