This engagement session has totally stolen my heart! These kind of whimsical and dreamy sessions are just my favorite and it was so inspiring to photograph this sweet couple. Wide open yellow fields, oak trees, rocky beaches, flowy skirts galore, and a couple with playful hearts who are oh so in love. What more do you need?

With this formula you really can’t go wrong – rolling green hills, wildflowers 6 feet tall, a so-in-love couple, and that flowy dress! Add it all together with a good dose of pretty light, and you have the most romantic session. Paola & Josh came to me wanting soft dreamy images which are exactly the type of photos I love to make – I’m so thankful for these awesome couples where our visions so perfectly align!

I had so much fun meandering through these fields with these two and can’t wait for their wedding with Samantha Scott Events at Hummingbird Nest Ranch this fall!

These photos were taken not long after Viviana and Michael flew in from their home in Australia in preparation for their LA wedding. It was my first time meeting them in person and I was so happy we could fit this session in, and even more happy to find Viviana & Michael are just as chill and awesome as our email exchanges & video meeting suggested!

Pair that with some of the prettiest nature Orange County has to offer, and you have a most happy photographer and a lovely little session. Those fields of yellow flowers? Pretty sure I could shoot in them all day every day and not get tired.
